• Historical note:
    This vine should be considered as a colour variation of Black Pinot being, the result of a gemmary mutation of the black-grape variety; in Friuli region it found favourable climate conditions to grow.

  • Features:
    This wine has character, being strictly vinified "in white". Its bouquet is clear and strong, with scent of acacia flower. It tastes dry, soft, full, palatably bitterish, with remarkable hints of mugweed.
    To be preferably served with: it fits very good with hors d’oeuvres, and namely: prosciutto, light soups, fish and white meat dishes. It plays well as appetizer wine, too. To be served at 8-10 °C.

  • Total souring: 5.70 g/l total extract: 23.20 g/l durability: 1-2 years rest sugar: 1.50 g/l
