Historical note:
As imported from Bordeaux region, this greatly flavoured
variety is vinified ‘in white’ as vino tranquillo. (nel
senso di non spumante= still wine, ma chiedere al
cliente!!)
"R3" clone is the selection completed by Vivai
Cooperativi di Rauscedo; it offers the highest aroma by
growing at a low yield, with a lot of devoted work both
in the vineyards and in the winery.

Features:
It is
a straw light yellow colour wine, and its intense
bouquet includes fragrances of litchee, yellow paprika
and exotic fruits. Flavours are highly enhanced at
taste, thanks to their persistance.
Acidulous, not too dry, with character.To be preferably served with: appetizers – from hors
d’oeuvres to prosciutto – valuable fish as crayfishes,
lobsters, prawns, salmons and fishes dressed with sauces,
cream and soft soups. To be tasted within two vintages.
To be served at 8-10 °C.
