• Historical note:
This vine has a very little bibliography; from Marzotto’s book (1926):"Year 1913, countryside of Istria: Moscato Rosa is the best strong sweet wine of Istria, as it combines a shiny rosé colour with a delicate bouquet and a palatable sweet taste as well".

  • Features:
    Quite deep, peculiar, rosé colour.
Light body, soft, flavoured with Moscato and rose hints.
To be preferably served with: soufflés of the Grand Cuisine as well as cold or warm dishes on foie gras base. To be served at 10-12 °C.
